Birdnest Group acquired Central Flats at 220 Central Avenue as a distressed four-unit asset in need of full renovation. The property presented challenges, from deferred maintenance to unusual tenant situations, offering a clear opportunity to unlock value through thoughtful redevelopment. We fully revitalized each unit while preserving architectural character. Exposed beams, brick details, yellow pine floors, and high-end finishes were integrated to create modern, sun-filled living spaces that appeal to long-term tenants while respecting the property’s historical charm.
